I said 6. I think I kept one around for somewhere along those lines. Then I decided it was too difficult to play. Yuck...

Actually, the longer a reed has aged the better.....of course, providing you haven't played on it.

totally not lying, i don't keep my reeds for that long, the one i had last night was just not in great shape, but it has suffered the wall test

Hmmm.... I was expecting this poll to be about something else entirely! and SIX MONTHS?!? 
can a reed hold a note after that long? and Maddy I'm not sure I believe you, as I have seen mould on your reeds lmao. Anywho... I think if Andrew had registered and answered this poll he would probably have the record!
